We collect information you provide directly through our forms — including the PR Assessment, Points Calculator, GS & SOP Statement Builder, Pathway Assessment tools, consultation bookings, pricing inquiry forms and contact requests. This may include your name, date of birth, nationality, contact details, education and employment history, financial information, visa history and the content of any messages or draft statements you submit.

We also automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and a timestamp when you submit any form.

2. How we use your information

• To assess your eligibility for Australian visa pathways and provide migration support.
• To generate GS, SOP and supporting statement drafts at your request using automated large-language-model technology (see section 7).
• To respond to your enquiries and bookings.
• To send transactional email (such as your generated draft, delivered via Resend) when you request it.
• To meet our legal and professional obligations as Registered Migration Agents under the Migration Act 1958 and the Migration Agents Code of Conduct.

3. Consent

You consent to the collection, storage and use of your information by ticking the consent checkbox on each submission form. We record the timestamp of your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

4. Storage & security

Your information is stored in encrypted databases. Access is limited to authorised StudyNet personnel. We retain submission data only as long as necessary for the purpose collected and for our professional record-keeping obligations.

5. No guarantee of visa outcome

Submission of any form on this website does not guarantee visa approval. All applications are assessed individually by the Department of Home Affairs under current migration law and policy. Information you provide is used only for assessment and support purposes.

6. Your rights — access, correction & deletion

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email enquiry@studynet.com.au with your request and a means of identifying yourself. We will action verified deletion requests within a reasonable period unless a legal record-keeping obligation prevents us.

7. Third-party services & automated processing

Some of our online tools (including the GS & SOP Statement Builder and Live Chat) use automated large-language-model technology provided by Anthropic (Claude, accessed via the Emergent integrations platform) to generate initial drafts and responses at your request. Any output is generated from the information you provide and is intended as a starting point only — not migration advice, and not a guaranteed outcome. We use Resend to deliver transactional emails. We do not sell your information to third parties.
