Why professional advice matters

Employer-sponsored visas involve complex requirements for both employers and applicants — occupation eligibility, salary thresholds, work experience, sponsorship obligations and PR pathways must all be assessed carefully before lodging.

Obtaining professional advice early may help identify issues and ensure the right pathway is explored.
